What format should I use for OBS overlays?

For animated overlays in OBS, use GIF or APNG. APNG gives cleaner edges (full 8-bit alpha vs GIF's 1-bit transparency) and is supported in OBS 28+. For static overlays, use PNG.

Can I process a full emote pack at once?

My character has hair against a light background — will the edges look clean?

For anime line art on a flat solid background, use the Fast (flood-fill) method. It follows the colour boundary exactly and handles hair and thin lines much better than AI on cartoon art. Auto-detect will usually choose this automatically.
